in trouble with the law, in truth,
trampled by your older brother,
how you chose to kill him, kills me,
you, my son, my only son left,

understand my sorrow, my guilt,
my shame, knowing I must send you,
yes you, my boy, to the devil,
something in me fights against this,
on this day, my conscience cries out,
