Competition Rules ~ 2016.5.29

Twice heard, the phrase above acts both to regulate and to enforce a fact
Rough sleepers face daily, their livelihood taken from them, their dreams stolen
Under frozen noses by men in bespoke suits, Italian leather shoes,
Interested in no one except their business peers and the poor, old hunchback
Seated beside the boss, heir to the throne, glory, power, wealth, prestige, and wit:
"Money cannot buy love but a stripper will do in a pinch for a price."
"Double your pleasure with Wrigley's Doublemint Twins for only twice the cost."
Anyone knows Darwin knew nothing about sex but an angel fallen
Rests assured to exploit the weak and disabled, the devil knows the blues.
Wicked in his desire, his sense of justice wronged, Darwin chose his victims
Intent on torturing the best and the brightest of his father’s firm, fit
Not fat, for to survive the whip longest without tears, he needed lean mice.
Elegant in manners, Darwin played well with charm but learned to harm with frost,
Vulnerable women, he gave no second glance, but weekend warriors,
Older men out to prove their mettle against youth half their age, Darwin ate
Like liver and onions, they stank, visceral weeds, but they appeased his whims
Voyeuristic, to watch them squirm under the blade, cut down the barriers,
Exacted his revenge, for brute instinct let him fish with just line and bait.
